Indiana Assemblies has the capacity and the capability to manufacture many automotive modular components while meeting and exceeding the quality standards of the customer. The company’s engineering, quality and maintenance staff develops sound process control methods when new modular assembly programs are launched. Statistical analysis is used to prove these process control methods.
Quality Processes
Throughout the assembly process, the quality, size, orientation and part number of every component are checked by numerous methods, including simple visual inspection, poke yoke devices, limit switches, vision cameras, sensors and lasers. Touch screen monitors direct assembly associates to verify correct components and add the required sub components specific to that module.
Indiana Assemblies provides the following modular assemblies:
- Automobile wheel and tire pressure monitoring modules
- Power steering hose assemblies
- Modules for natural gas powered vehicles
